FlexLink Mail Delivery System – Pharmaceutical Lab
- Authorized FlexLink Installation
A pharmaceutical lab in Utah needed a conveyor-based mail delivery system installed in their new facility—and they needed it done fast. With a tight five-day window to complete the installation in an operational lab environment, the project required efficient execution, strict adherence to safety protocols, and zero disruption to ongoing research activities. Anton Installers handled the complete installation from floor layout to final commissioning.

What Needed to Be Done
The client needed a FlexLink conveyor system installed to automate mail and sample delivery throughout their pharmaceutical lab facility. The system had to integrate seamlessly into a new building layout while maintaining the clean, controlled environment standards required for lab operations.
Our scope included complete floor layout, rigging and installation of the FlexLink conveyor system, compressed air piping installation, and implementation of the integrated 24-volt electrical wiring that powers the conveyor. The installation had to be completed within a compressed five-day timeline to meet the facility’s operational schedule.
Working in a pharmaceutical environment meant strict safety protocols, careful coordination with other trades, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the installation process.
How We Made It Happen
We started with a detailed floor layout, mapping the conveyor routing to optimize material flow while working within the building’s architectural constraints. As a certified FlexLink installer with 30+ years of experience, our crew knows these systems inside and out—which matters when you’re working on a tight deadline.
Rigging and setting the conveyor sections required coordination and precision. We moved efficiently through the installation, following proper safety protocols at every stage. The modular nature of FlexLink systems allowed us to assemble and position sections systematically, but the compressed timeline meant no room for delays or rework.
Compressed air piping was installed to support the conveyor system operations, routed cleanly and integrated with the facility’s existing infrastructure. Electrical integration was handled concurrently with mechanical installation. We implemented the 24-volt wiring system that powers the FlexLink conveyor, ensuring proper connections, clean routing, and full system functionality. All work was performed to FlexLink specifications and pharmaceutical facility standards.
The five-day window included complete installation, system testing, and handoff. Our crews worked methodically—no shortcuts, no compromises on safety, and no surprises for the client. By day five, the system was operational and delivering mail throughout the lab facility.
